Auctioneer’s Note: Greene County Road and Sheriffs Dept surplus items. Buying online Instructions:
1. Go to http://phillipsauctioncompany.hibid.com. Our online auctions will be held thru Hibid webcast.
2. Log in with your username / email and password OR create a login with HiBid by clicking "Login / New Bidder" at the top of the page, then click "New Bidder" and proceed to create a HiBid login and password.
3. Once you're registered, click "Register to bid" on the listing for one of the auction days. You will need to select or add a credit card in order to register. Please don’t panic, your card will not be charged unless you win something and don't make other accommodations for payment. All payment details and terms are provided in HiBid.
4. Make sure you register for each auction! You won't need to login again, but you will need to accept the terms and conditions on each auction/auction day you would like to bid on. Terms and conditions are subject to change per auction.
5. Registration only takes a few minutes. You will receive an email confirming your approval to bid. Please register for online bidding in advance of the auction date. If there are any issues, we want to make sure you are able to get approved and are ready to bid prior to auction time.

Buying In Person:
1. Day of auction, go to Phillips Auction Company office trailer on auction site, provide valid driver’s license.
2. Payment Options: All currency in USD. Visa, MasterCard, Check (to known bidders), Cashier’s Check and Cash (credit card payment will have 3% surcharge). All payment must be made day of sale. No in-person buyer’s premium.
